A report found that in general, clients are less fulfilled by conventional retailers and more fulfilled by online retailers. General fulfillment declined 1.4 percent, as indicated by the report. Clients fulfillment with discount and retail chains stayed unaltered, yet clients recorded Seattle-based Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) as the most fulfilling spot to shop. The retail establishment’s fulfillment score went up by 4 percent


Also known as Costco Wholesale Corporation is an American membership only warehouse store which provides wide range of merchandise. It is ranked number 1 in the list of top stores using the customer satisfaction survey online. Also the company’s satisfaction score remained same as it was, on previous year, having four points higher than its rival shop.


Seattle-based joined its retail neighbors, taking the top position on the online store’s satisfaction list. It wasn’t all uplifting news for Amazon, however. The organization’s consumer loyalty rating dropped 2 percent, still keeping its place in the list of top five US stores for the customer’s satisfaction survey.

It comes up at number 4 in the list mentioned above. It is a departmental store which comes up with a majority of shopping stuff including fashion, sports, housewares and electrical items. It has maintained its ranking in the list from couple of years.


According to this year’s satisfaction report, apple watch has outpaced original iPhone and iPad with a percentage of 97% satisfaction rates. By far most of Apple Watch proprietors are exceptionally content with the new wearable, survey’s information demonstrates, with general consumer loyalty transcending the levels recorded for the iPhone at the same point in their lives.
